Ones I plan on avoiding or being concerned in the future, and products:
Four Queens Casino Hotel - Las Vegas, NV (unanswered complaint to Walt Lobeck, General Manager)
I did get a partial refund from World Vacations but never a letter of apology for the poor room
(broken window, mold, leaky tub and no internet service as promised) and unresponsive service
Barcelo Premium - Ixtapa, Mexico - an unforgettably poor vacation
Celebrity Cruises
Took a January 25, 2008 cruise on the Galaxy - the ship had obvious problems
Found out that it had been sold so the apparently only maintenance being done was that absolutely necessary
Take away: especially for older ships find out the status before booking a cruise
A product we wish we would not have purchased
Wine Enthusiast Wine Bottle Chiller - it takes over two hours to cool a bottle of wine from 70 degrees to 46 degrees
no model on the packaging but has settings for 33 different wines and is 34" when on stand
